Yesennia Pinkley, B.S.

Operations Assistant

Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

As an Operations Assistant, my role is to ensure the Institute runs smoothly. This includes carrying out the various daily needs of the team, helping to manage the operational functions of the Institute, and coordinating and preparing for events and workshops. I also facilitate communication between teams, serve as the contact point between the Institute and our outside vendors, oversee maintenance needs, and perform troubleshooting for IT and software support.

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work here, as my personal values align very closely with those of the Institute. I am passionate about mental health—including decreasing stigma and increasing accessibility—as well as educating, supporting, and empowering young girls, women, and gender expansive individuals. I am excited to make an impact at the Institute, and I look forward to providing essential support to our clinical and Community Education teams.
