Creating a space that feels safe, warm, and accepting to explore one’s authentic self, grow in the process of healing, and discover a more integrated and holistic view of oneself is important to me. My goal is to work alongside my clients to help them pursue their goals and become more connected to themselves and others.
Through relational connection, I strive to collaborate with my clients to manage distress and other challenges that they may face, while empowering them to reach their full potential, move toward achieving their unique goals, and enhance their overall sense of well-being. I hope to continue this process with clients through psychological assessment while maintaining a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens.
