Therapy is about exploring the parts of ourselves that have been shaped by experience, sometimes in ways we may not fully understand yet. My role is to help clients deepen their self-awareness, uncover patterns, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been silenced, forgotten, or never fully known.
I work from a primarily psychodynamic lens, integrating relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches to meet clients where they are. Im especially attuned to the ways early experiences, family systems, identity, and culture shape our worldview and relationships. In session, I aim to slow down and notice whats emerging in the here-and-now, because I believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful place for healing and insight.
I’m inspired by Carl Rogers reflection on watching a sunset without trying to change it—just witnessing with awe as it unfolds. I approach therapy with a similar mindset: not to “fix” or “reshape” someone, but to be fully present with them as they come to know and embrace their most authentic self.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I feel honored to walk alongside you in that process.
