We are committed to working on the personal, interpersonal, systemic and community levels to support change. The goals of our five-year Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Initiative include:
- Increase knowledge and implementation of antiracist and decolonizing practices in our organization, clinical work, community education, professional trainings and relationships with each other
- Create a more diverse and equitable employee base and senior management team
- Participate in our community in an increasingly culturally responsive way
