LIVESTREAM: Family Connections Training for Professionals and Family Members
September 8, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - September 10, 2017 @ 4:00 pm
The National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEABPD) is pleased to announce the next Family Connections Leader Training held in the San Francisco area on September 8-10, 2017 will be livestreamed to Pasadena. (It is also being livestreamed to Houston and Ottawa, Canada!)
At the Pasadena location (Institute for Girls’ Development), you will view and participate in the training presentations. You will be able to ask questions of Dr. Perry Hoffman and Dr. Alan Fruzzetti, who will be leading the training in Northern California (Walnut Creek). In addition, Patricia Gieselman, MFT and other experienced FC leaders will be available on site to share experiences, clarify points, and answer questions.
We hope to be able to increase the number of trainers out there and that you’ll help us reach more families across California and the world (through Teleconnections).
Note: This training is free with a minimal $150.00 fee to cover the cost of food and materials. It is a wonderful protocol for working with friends and family members of those affected by borderline personality disorder and other severe mental illness. In exchange, NEABPD asks for a commitment of co-leading at least two Family Connections or TeleConnections classes within three years, the first one being held within 6 months of the training.
