I am a daughter, wife, and mother devoted to empowering individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative potential. As a passionate artist and expressive arts practitioner, I believe in the power of creativity to inspire profound healing and growth. I am dedicated to supporting young girls and women to realize and embrace their full potential through the transformative practice of expressive arts.
Specialties:
I am a compassionate listener and facilitator, skilled at guiding individuals through self-discovery using intermodal expressive arts. My work emphasizes emotional healing, empowerment, and creative exploration. I create nurturing and inclusive spaces where people can explore, heal, and thrive.
Other Experience:
As the founder of Essence Expressive Arts, I design and lead innovative workshops that integrate therapeutic insight with creative expression. I am also the founder and executive director of The Bella Arts Foundation, which provides grants for trauma survivors to access expressive arts programs. I’ve had the privilege of working for the David Lynch Foundation, and the Playing for Change Foundation, while also working as a professional vocalist and songwriter.

• B.A. in Theater from UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television
• M.A. in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute
• Social Emotional Arts Certificate from UCLA Arts & Healing
• Intermodal Expressive Arts at the Expressive Arts Institute
