Mother and Daughter Self-Defense Class

$100 – $180Dynamic and popular self-defense instructor Lauren Roselle, President of Esteem, will teach you skills in assertiveness, awareness and physical technique which you can apply to any situation! Her most popular self-defense course, this training creates a safe space for women to address all their safety questions and concerns. Students have many opportunities to deliver full-force, debilitating blows to a “padded assailant.”
$180 for a mother and daughter together; $100 if you are registering for yourself only.
