I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, with a background in dialectical behavior therapy and psychodynamic work. I aim to understand the whole person and believe that the client is the expert on themselves.
I am a pre-licensed therapist who has experience primarily with young children, adolescents, transitional-aged youth, and parents. My doctoral program focuses on family systems and how the systems in an individual’s life affect them in both positive and negative ways.
