Mind Body Spirit Adventures for girls entering 3rd through 5th grades:
August 9 - 13: NEW One-Week Session Added: MIND BODY SPIRIT DANCE ADVENTURES: The theme is friendship for girls entering 3rd-5th grades. Through fun movement, yoga, skits, games, crafts and community circle conversations, girls will learn skills for positive friendships. Join the Institute team and our expert guests for an empowering week for girls!

We are especially excited about our expert guests from Lineage Dance! Peggy Burt, Lineage Dance Company Manager, and fellow dancers will lead 3 one-hour sessions using movement to explore friendship themes like trust, cooperation, respect, play and fun. Yoga for fun and relaxation (stress reduction) will also celebrate friendship themes.
